Lionel Messi won his 100th cap for Argentina but it was Angel Di Maria’s performance and Gonzalo Higuain that caught the eye as they beat Jamaica to finish top of Copa America Group B and probably avoid Brazil in the quarter-finals.
The Argentina captain, 27, was kept at bay but Napoli striker Higuain fired home from inside the box to score the only goal of the game against the subdued Reggae Boys.
