The coast has finally been cleared as the State Congress of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Ogun state council has been fixed for next week Thursday in Abeokuta.
The Congress which was earlier scheduled to on Saturday July 11, 2015 has now been slated for next week Thursday at the NUT hall, IBB Boulevard, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.
According to the election timetable released today by the Electoral Commission, ELECO, the submission date for all forms is Monday 27 July, 2015.
The screening exercise for all aspiring candidates has been slated for Tuesday at the Ministry of Youth and Sports office inside the MKO Abiola International stadium, Kuto, Abeokuta.
The election has now been fixed for Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the NUT hall, Abeokuta.
Findings revealed that two candidates are vying for the Chairmanship, Deputy Chairman and the Secretary seats.
