Monica Puig beats Angelique Kerber in the women’s tennis final to win Puerto Rico’s first ever Olympic gold medal.
The 22-year-old holds her nerve to save five break points and eventually seals the win on her fourth match point.

She also becomes the first ever unseeded player to win Olympic gold since tennis’ reintroduction in 1988.
They will be partying in Puerto Rico tonight!
