Kogi Gov Urges Nigerians To Embrace Peace

Gov. Abubakar Bello of Niger on Friday called on Nigerians to eschew bitterness and pray for peace to reign among different ethnic groups in the country.

He made the call in Minna when the All Progressives Congress (APC) presented him an award of excellence for projects execution as part of activities marking his two years anniversary in office.

Bello urged Nigerians irrespective of religious and ethnic differences to pray for peace, development and growth of the nation.

He also urged Muslims to use the period of Ramadan to pray for President Muhammadu Buhari and the success of the present administration.

The governor commended the APC supporters for their support and commitment toward government’s programmes and policies.
