Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) announced a chemical leak incident at a building in Kallang on Tuesday, which injured nine people.
Nine workers were taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in a conscious and stable condition, said the SCDF.
Local media quoted the affected workers as saying that they suffered from skin irritation.
SCDF posted a tweet around 4 p.m. local time, saying no chemical vapour was detected in the production room, and surrounding environment was also safe with no traces of the chemical in the air.
