The results of elections into Chairmanship and Councillorship posts in the 57 Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas of Lagos State scheduled for Saturday will be announced at the Local Government/ Local Council Development Area Collation Centres and Ward Collation Centres respectively.
The Chairman of the Commission, Hon. Justice Ayotunde Phillips, made this known while speaking with some stakeholders on the preparations of the Commission for the elections on Tuesday.
Phillips stressed that the Commission would, however, be monitoring developments at the various Collation Centres and other locations in the State through reports sent to the Election Support Centre at the headquarters by the field officers of the Commission.
