Three men, including two brothers, who allegedly forged a document and stole N25 million belonging to their sister, Uzezi Obahor, were on Thursday brought before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court.

The two brothers, Paul Obahor, 42; Isaiah Obahor, 32; and Sunday Okovwutu, 52, residing in Ogba area of Ikeja, are standing trial on a four-count charge of conspiracy, stealing, forgery and failing to report felonies.

The Police prosecutor, Inspector Simeon Imhonwa, told the court that the accused committed the offences sometime in April 2015 at Allen Avenue, Ikeja.

He alleged that the two brothers conspired with Okovwutu to steal their sister’s money.

Imhonwa claimed that Paul fraudulently converted N25 million, being proceed from the sale of a piece of land belonging to the complainant, to his own personal use.
