The Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Suraj Adekunbi has expressed his readiness to take over as governor of Ogun State, come 2019.
Adekunbi who disclosed his intention to contest in the 2019 governorship race at Iwe Iroyin House, NUJ secretariat, Oke-Ilewo Abeokuta, said he had already consulted Governor Ibikunle Amosun on his ambition.
“My consolidation agenda is not about feeling gaps or whatever, I have been part and parcel of the current administration since inception.
