The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Kola Ologbondiyan, says the party remains one big family committed to credible processes that guarantee internal democracy.
Ologbondiyan, in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja, said that the PDP had since revved its internal conflict resolution mechanisms and consultations in that direction.
According to him, the move is yielding tremendously positive results.
He urged Nigerians not to despair, as PDP had repositioned to provide direction and return the nation to the path of unity and prosperity.
Ologbondiyan said that the party had noticed the feverish moves by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to create disaffection among PDP members, distract the party, and divert the attention of Nigerians from its failures.
