Nigerian urban highlife singer Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known by his stage name Adekunle Gold sometime ago tweeted that he had asked actress Adesua Etomi, to be his girlfriend but the newly married lady told him she would only accept if he was able to get 50, 000 retweets.
Adekunle Gold however was gathering the retweets when Adesua announced her engagement to Bank W.
The songwriter in a chat with Saturday Beats has now come out to say he was joking and his tweets shouldn’t have been taken seriously.
