Lagos begins sensitization of 25,000 undergraduates for RSW

The Lagos State Government has begun the sensitisation of 25,000 undergraduates for the graduate employment training programme, Ready. Set. Work, RSW.

The government said it was determined to make graduates in Lagos higher institution employable.

Speaking at the commencement of the sensitization programme for the final-year students held at the Lagos State University, LASU, Special Adviser to the Governor on Education, Obafela Bank-Olemoh stated that the current administration decided to upscale the scheme to accommodate 25, 000 students, higher than 12, 000 trained in 2017.

He said that the inclusion of the students and the new schools was in line with the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s commitment to accommodate every graduate being prepared for the world of work as an employer of labour or…
