A Super Puma Helicopter belonging to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on training mission has crashed in Lagos.
The accident occurred at about 10:00 a.m. Friday morning as the helicopter was allegedly returning to the Apron after the completion of the training exercise.
According to a statement by Air Commodore Dele Alonge, Director Public Relations and Information, the helicopter suffered severe damage due to hydraulic failure while on taxi to the Hanger.
There was however, no casualty recorded, but the main Rotor debris caused damage to some ground equipment.
