The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Enugu State, Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has been declared winner of the Saturday’s governorship election.
Ugwuanyi won from 16 out of the 17 local government areas in the state to beat his closest rival and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Okey Ezea, who lost in his local government (Igboeze South).
