The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) frowns at what it called hero-worshipping attempt to extenuate the various excesses of President Goodluck Jonathan, especially by his Senior Special Assistant, Doyin Okupe who attributed Jonathan’s defeat to his failure to rescue the Chibok girls.
MURIC, in a statement said that while it appreciated the President’s timely act of conceding defeat in the presidential election, it asserted that “this single act alone is not enough to obliterate his litany of abnormalities in governance.”
