‘Downgrade of Asaba Airport won’t affect scheduled commercial flights’

Delta State government has assured that it is working round the clock to address the issues raised by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) which necessitated a down grade of Asaba Airport.
A statement by the state commissioner for information, Chike Ogeah said that the directive was for the rehabilitation of the existing runway, taxiways and the construction of perimeter fence as well as training of technical personnel.
