Governor Tanko Al-Makura has promised corps members newly deployed to Nasarawa State of automatic jobs in the state’s civil service if only they succeed in marrying an indigene of the state.
The governor gave this incentive for inter-cultural marriage while addressing the 2015 NYSC Batch ‘A’ corps members during their swearing-in ceremony at Magaji Dan Yamusa permanent NYSC Orientation camp in Keffi Local Government Area of the state.
The Governor further urged the corps members to use the lessons and experience gained during their three-week orientation course to develop themselves, their host communities, the state and Nigeria at large.
