The Boko Haram insurgents on Friday morning attacked the College of Administrative and Business Studies, CABS, Potiskum, Yobe State, killing three students and wounding another 20.
A source in the state who spoke with our correspondent on telephone, said that the insurgents attacked the school at about 8:30am.
The insurgents, numbering about five, stormed the school premises through the main gate after killing the security guard, shooting randomly at the students.
One of the insurgents was said to have died when an Improvised Explosive Device, IED, strapped to his chest exploded and injured over 20 students.
