The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has called for the arrest and prosecution of the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh, for inciting members and supporters of PDP to violence.
Rivers APC made the call in a statement issued Thursday in Port Harcourt by the State Chairman, Dr. Davies Ibiamu Ikanya.
