The Vice President-elect, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, has said that Nigeria’s economy is in its worst shape in history.
He put the nation’s local and international debt profile at $60 billion with a 2015 debt serving bill of N953.6 billion, representing 21 per cent of the 2015 budget.
Osinbajo gave these statistics in his remarks at the opening of a two-day Policy Dialogue on the Implementation of the Agenda for Change, which began in Abuja on Wednesday.
