A middle-aged man, who grabbed a woman’s breast, but claimed he only wanted to “brush away a bee” has been arrested by the police in Phoenix, Arizona.
Eric Portee, 37, while walking his dog suddenly groped at the lady’s breast, but excused her it was an accident.
The lady did not protest, while she trailed Portee to his house and reported the incident to the building manager and the police.
The Police arrested Portee and arraigned him for sexual assault. In court, Portee repeated that a bee had flown over his head, which he tried to swat away.
