The publisher of Leadership newspaper, Sam Nda-Isaiah has been implicated over the arrest, detention and abuse of the fundamental human rights of a media consultant and public relations practitioner, Kalu Okoronkwo by officers of the Department of State Security (DSS).
In a petition to the DSS, counsel to the petitioner, Udoh Bassey said operatives of the DSS, from Shangisha Magodo operation office invaded the home of Okoronkwo on May 19, 2015 at 22, Babatunde Ladega Street, Barry Zone, Omole Phase 1, Ikeja Lagos and arrested the petitioner, his wife and sister in law.
