Justin Bieber and his mentor, Usher are to face a big money lawsuit instituted by R&B singer, De Rico dismissed in 2014 following its initial filing in 2013.
On Thursday, June 18, Justin Bieber and Usher were ordered by a U.S. appeal court to face the $10m lawsuit claiming the singers illegally copied parts of a song composed by two Virginia songwriters.
