It was indeed an embarrassing moment for troubled President of FIFA, Sepp Blatter yesterday, July 20, 2015 as a comedian approached him while he was addressing a press conference and sprayed him fake dollar notes.
The incident occurred in Switzerland where FIFA headquarters is located, as British comedian and prankster, Simon Brodkin gatecrashed the press conference and walked straight to Blatter’s table. He ended up raining wads of fake dollars on the bewildered President, adding: ‘This is for North Korea 2026′ before he was whisked away by Swiss police.
The football governing body led by Blatter has been enmeshed in series of financial scandals which have seen top officials arrested. Sepp Blater had initially announced his resignation, only to turn around and say he would stay on for another election to be conducted.
