British actor of Nigerian origin, John Boyega is billed to play the lead character for the screen adaptation of Dave Eggers‘ 2013 novel, The Circle.
For the movie, Boyega will join a cast which includes veteran Hollywood actor, Tom Hanks and Emma Watson.
The actor who played the role of Ugwu in Half of a Yellow Sun, also an adaptation of a book, will play Ty, a young boy with special powers in the movie which will be directed by James Ponsoldt.
John Boyega has stared in numerous movies including Imperial Dreams, Junkhearts and the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
