Ghanaian dancehall act, Stonebwoy finally laid his mother to rest on Saturday, September 5.
Mrs. Catherine Satekla died on Wednesday July 29, 2015 at the 37 Military Hospital Ghana where she was receiving treatment after she was reported to have collapsed.
On August 8, 2015, Stonebwoy held a free concert at Mandela Park in Ashiaman, Ghana in memory of his late mother.

He also dedicated his BET Best International Act Africa to her.
The award was initially dedicated to the victims of the flood and fire incident on June 3.
