Dede Mabiaku, Olamide, Pasuma and others will perform at the ‘Blacktie’ Christmas Concert in Lagos
Nigerian superstars Olamide, Seyi Shay, Darey, Pasuma, will headline a ‘Blacktie’ concert in Lagos this Christmas.
The concert organised by Baseline Entertainment will hold on December 13, 2015 at Lagoon Restaurant in Victoria Island Lagos.
The ‘Blacktie’ is one of the few concerts with such an eclectic mix; parading performers from pop to hip hop, afrobeat, R&B and Fuji.
On the night, the man to watch will be Dede Mabiaku; an experienced live musician trained by the late Fela Kuti. Pundits will be on the look out to see if he’ll dig into his pouch to pull out his unreleased materials or if he’ll stick to the worn out style: performing from Fela’s repertoire of greatest hits.
The event will be hosted by Seyi Law with Dj Jimmy Jatt on the wheels.
Other musicians expected to perform at the event include Skales’, Lil Kesh, Adekunle Gold, Aramide and others.
