Nigerian music act, Dammy Krane is 23 years old today.
Born Emmanuel Oyindamola Johnson on December 10, 1992, Dammy Krane became popular for when he dropped his hit single, ‘My Dear’.
His mum, Oluwakemi Oshodi was once into music promotion and management so Dammy Krane got exposed to music at an early stage.
At the age of 6, he joined the children’s choir, attending several religious gigs where his group performed. He later formed a boy band with some of his friends while in secondary school known as The Cucumber.
In January 2012, 18-year-old Dammy Krane got signed unto 2face Idibia’s Hypertek after earlier meeting the pop star at a birthday party.
In September 2013, Dammy Krane met his mum for the first time in 10 years when he travelled to the US to perform at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards.
Dammy Krane’s debut album, ‘The Enterkraner’ dropped in September 2014.
