A video featuring the President Of Rwanda, Kagame Paul and his first lady dancing to ‘Pam Pam’, a single by Nigeria’s dancehall act Ketchup has gone viral online.
In the video, the powerful couple moved and danced sweetly to the song.
In July 2015, US president Barack Obama was also caught on video doing the ‘Lipala‘ dance to Kenyan pop group Sauti Sol’s song during a state visit.
