Lol! No he is not a Spanish footballer. He was Nigeria’s first millionaire. In the 20’s Da Rocha aka Baba Olomi owned everything including the water board in Lagos. Da Rocha’s cash would have been billions in today’s naira value.
That name means nothing in Nigerian history today just like Howard Hughes (America’s version of Da Rocha) born in 1905 and died in 1976 worth $6.2billion in today’s dollar value.
