    Wale announced on January 12 that his forthcoming album will be titled ‘Shine’ and that it will be released this year.
    The news was confirmed according to a video posted on The White House’s YouTube page.
    According to HiphopDX, The MMG rapper made the proclamation while performing at the Pre-Show for President Barack Obama‘s State of the Union address.

    The Washington, D.C. rapper performed ‘Chillin,’ ‘LoveHate Thing’ and ‘White Shoes’ at the event.
