January 20 appears to be a day of celebrity birthdays in Nigeria. Like Timi Dakolo, Teju Babyface and Elderson Echiejile, today also marks the birthday of Nigerian comedian turned music act, Tunde Ednut.
Tunde Ednut was born in Katstina on January 20, decades ago to a family of 5. He is the first son and second child of the family which hails from Kogi state.
Tunde started his University education at the University of Lagos but later proceeded to Kingsland University of London where he studied Graphics Arts.
Tunde Ednut started out as a comedian and was once one of the most popular stand up acts in the UK before returning to Nigeria to pursue a career in music.
Some of his popular songs include ‘Catching Cold’, ‘Baby Boo’, ‘Jingle Bell Bell’. He recently got into a theft scandal after music producer, Shizzy accused him of ‘stealing’ his beat for recently released single,‘Kosowo’. …Read More
