Gwyneth Paltrow says sex, exercise, eating well and sleeping are some of her secrets to looking good.
The 43-year-old actress – who is currently dating ‘American Horror Story’ and ‘Scream Queens’ producer, Brad Falchuk – credits sex, sleeping and exercise with helping to maintain her glow.
She told PEOPLE, ‘I think it’s really important to be happy, and I think women get happy by being authentic.
‘But I also believe in exercise, eating well, drinking lots of water, sex, sleeping and being around people who make you feel good.
