Nollywood actor, Yemi Blaq has been unveiled as the new Cultural Ambassador of Nigerian Carnival, set to hold in the city of Maryland USA, on Sunday, July 24, 2016.
The Carnival, according to reports, aims at showcasing the diversity and richness of the Nigerian culture, its languages and life styles.
Speaking on the event, Yemi, who hails from Ondo state, said: ‘The carnival seeks to project the Nigerian culture. The event will showcase the real culture of Nigeria. Imagine using Calabash to drink our Palm wine and taking Pepper soup and traditional dishes. All that including a street carnival will be showcased.
