Despite deployment of military officers to the Niger Delta region to mount safety of oil installations, suspected militant group in the region has hit hard on Chevron Nigeria, blowing it Valve Platform located on the high seas near Escravos in Warri South-West Council area of Delta State.
The incident which occurred Wednesday night midnight, is a major casualty to the oil multinational and the nation’s dwindling revenue.
