Singer, Justin Bieber was in Barcelona Spain, on his way to perform a show on Tuesday when a fan ran up to his car and stuck his hand through the open window to touch him. Justin responded by punching the fan in the face. The left the car shocked and so were others at the scene. Watch the video obtained by TMZ below:
