Akwa Ibom state government to investigate incident of building collapse which the state governor almost died in today

The Akwa Ibom state government has released a statement confirming the presence of the state governor, Emmanuel Udom, at the Reigners Bible Church, Uyo, when it collapsed today killing over 50 persons. The statement signed by the Personal Assistant to the governor for Information, Ekerette Udoh, states that a panel of inquiry that will check the remote causes of the collapse will be set up by the government.
