Indecent exposure: Woman exposes her male neighbour who constantly masturbates in her presence

 A woman reached out to a friend
with these photos, crying out about her male neighbour named Emmanuel,
who constantly harasses her in their compound. He waits for her to come
home from work, opens the door to his apartment which is opposite hers
and indecently exposes himself by masturbating his penis directly in
front of her. These photos were taken today and she has decided to now
