Pregnant Khloe Kardashian, 33, and her baby daddy-to-be, Tristan Thompson,26, gathered their family and friends to reveal her pregnancy in a preview of Monday's special episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The clip reportedly aired at the end of Sunday's episode on E! ahead of a special back-to-back episode titled Bun In The Oven.
