Spanish giants, Real Madrid have denied claims that their captain, Sergio Ramos, failed drugs test in the aftermath of his team’s 2017 Champions League final.
This comes after Football Leaks claimed that the defender failed drugs test after his team’s 2017 Champions League final against Juventus, which they won 4-1.
German newspaper Der Spiegel reported that Ramos’ urine sample contained traces of dexamethasone, and that the results were covered up by UEFA. Read previous report here.
Now both Real Madrid and UEFA have issued statements denying the claims.
