The Joint Action Coalition of Civil Society Organizations in Nigeria (JACCSON), a combination of civil societies in Nigeria has confer Award on Mr. Solomon Okopi (an Agriculturist) as, ‘2018 Icon of Greater Nigeria.’ He was considered as the winner based on his innovative and Revolutionary contribution to Agricultural development in Nigeria. The decision was reached after the Last quarter round table conference.
In a press statement signed by Dr. Kabiru Dallah, Chairman Award committee said that the award was in consideration of his immense contribution to Agricultural, Community and youth development in Nigeria.
Stressing that the award is also to encourage the recipient and other people to do more and serve as a role model for Nigerians and young entrepreneurs.
The decoration and presentation will hold on the 3rd of December, 2018 in Jos, Plateau State.
