EFCC Arraigns Man for Forgery
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Lagos Zonal office, on March 23, 2020, arraigned one Alogba Olaoluwa before Justice Solebo on a one-count charge bordering on internet fraud.
The charge reads: "That you, Alogba Afeez Olaoluwa sometime in 2016 within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, knowingly had in your possession documents containing false pretence to wit: email conversation wherein you held yourself out as Courtney."
The defendant pleaded "not guilty" to the charge preferred against him.
In view of the plea, Mohammad asked the court for a trial date and prayed the court to remand the defendant in the Correctional facility pending the outcome of the case.
