No fewer than 3,000 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) recently defected to the Action Democratic Party (ADP), including an Osun West Senatorial district aspirant, omooba Dotun Babayemi.
The politicians, who were drawn from across 10 local government areas of the state – Ayedaade, Ayedire, Ola-Oluwa, Irewole, Isokan, Ejigbo, Ede-North, Ede South, Egbedore and Iwo -, making Osun West district, converged on the Oke Church area of Gbongan town where they were received by the ADP leaders.
