There was massive turnout of voters in the Sokoto supplementary election.
THISDAY’s visit to Shigar Danfarijo Magaji Gari Ward B in 005 and 009 polling units in Sokoto North Local Government showed that the exercise commenced as early as 8:01am.
Some voters, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said they came to the polling units as early as 4am because the election is critical to them.
