The commander of the Ondo State Security Network Agency codenamed Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye, on Thursday confirmed that  a number of suspects have been arrested in connection with the June 5 attack on St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, which claimed 40 lives.

 The Amotekun Commander gave the confirmation while parading 71 suspects arrested for various criminal offences ranging from kidnapping, armed robbery, human trafficking, stealing, snatching of motorbikes among others.

When asked of the number of suspects arrested in connection with the Catholic Church attack, Adeleye said: ” a number of people have been arrested in connection with the owo attack and I am telling you for free that the last vehicle they used before they jumped into the bush has been recovered.
