GOVERNOR Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State on Friday led a delegation of 11 other Nigerian governors on a condolence visit to Plateau State to condole with the government over the recent attacks in the state.
This was contained in a statement issued to the Saturday Tribune on Friday and signed by the governor’s media aide, Ibrahim Dosara.
Yari who is also the Chairman of other Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) condemned in strongest terms, the callous and barbaric act perpetrated on the innocent citizens of the state, saying, those behind this dastardly act should not go unpunished.
The governors also expressed concern over the spate of attacks and killings of innocent citizens in various parts of the country and called for the restructuring of a security system in the country to check the incessant murder of people in various communities across the nation.
