Confusion seems to trail the resignation of 252 aides of Governor Aminu Tambuwal from the Sokoto state government.While, the All Progressive Congress(APC) had said no fewer than 252 Special Advisers and Special Assistants, loyal to the All Progressives Congress ( APC), have resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP), led Sokoto state government, the Sokoto state government had disclosed that they have relieved the said aides of their appointments in order to allow them to pursue their political ambitions.
Earlier in a press conference at the Secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Sokoto on Sunday the former aides of governor Aminu Tambuwal had announced their resignations.
