THE 2018 edition of the National Festival of Arts and Culture, tagged NAFEST Rivers 2018, will kick off tomorrow in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
According to a statement by the Festival Media/Publicity Committee, the advanced teams from all the states of the federation arrived Port Harcourt, the Garden City on today ahead of the registration of participants slated for today through tomorrow.
The statement, signed by the State Commissioner for Information, Mr Emma Okah, added that the time for registration of participants for the festival is 6 am to 6 pm each day at the Obi Wali International Conference Center, Port Harcourt.
