Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose was on Wednesday granted N 50 million bail by Justice Mojisola Olatoregun of a Federal High Court in Ikoyi Lagos.
As part of his bail conditions, Fayose was asked to deposit his international passport with the Chief Registrar of the Court.
The former Governor is also expected to provide two sureties with landed properties and three years tax clearance documents.
