THE organised labour has announced the suspension of the planned nationwide strike following the agreement reached at end of the tripartite committee meeting on Monday night.
President of Nigeria Labour Congress, Comrade Ayuba Wabba who announced the suspension of the strike said all areas of the contentious issues have been resolved and documents signed by the parties.
He, however, said the exact figure agreed upon would be announced when the report is submitted to President Muhammadu Buhari today (Tuesday) by 4:15pm.
He said: “The National Minimum Wage tripartite negotiating committee as rightly put by the Chairperson, Ama People, has this night concluded its assignment, agreement has been reached and documents have been signed.
