NIGERIANS have been charged to emulate the life and legacy of Prophet Muhammad for improved quality of life for individuals and the nation in general.
A preacher, Sheikh Sannu Shehu, gave the charge at the maiden edition of Inspiration 100.5 FM’s Mawlid Nabiyy public lecture, held at the Trans Amusement Park, Ibadan, on Tuesday.
Shehu, who was the guest lecturer at the event, urged Muslims to always celebrate the birth of the Prophet in an outstanding ways that would promote Islam and unite the people.
He urged parents to continue to sensitise their children and redouble their efforts at promoting good family values.
The preacher called on government at all levels to make life meaningful for Nigerians.
